Those small things would have kept me content and I would have been a repeat customer but how things were handled just didn't impress me and I won't be back. I'm not one to ever ask for a discount but in this circumstance of 'jumping through hoops' to better retain those customers and increase that repeat business they should have offered an X amount of percentage back, provided a future small discount or had the delivery company assemble the table - just for any customer in general. I don't believe they have strong relationships with their manufacturers and that's why they weren't able to address the issues more promptly. I like the idea of Scout and Nimble, but I've been an avid buyer from Studio McGee, LD Shoppe, Lindye Galloway and Amber Interiors and they communicate things much more efficiently. It took about another three weeks for that to arrive. I email and ask for them to arrive within a week (they had the table listed as in-stock so it shouldn't be hard to get that box of screws) and I don't think I'm being too unreasonable. The Harley-Davidson Nightster starts at 13,499 while the most expensive Indian Scout model costs 13,249. Price is also a huge factor in choosing a bike, and once again the Scout wins this battle. It's in great condition but it's missing the screws to assemble. There are seven different trims of the Scout for the 2023 model year, all coming with different styling and performance for any rider's needs. It get finally gets delivered sometime in late February. What I think happened is that it sat at the shipping hub for that entire time. I ordered two lovely sconces from Scout & Nimble and then realized I had previously purchased those lights. Great! Waited 4 weeks until I had to reach out again because I've heard nothing. 473 Excellent 4.3 VERIFIED COMPANY Visit this website Filter Sort: JT joseph trachtenberg 2 reviews US Customer Care truly cares We’re renovating our Naples FL home, damaged in the recent hurricane. Finally in January I reach out and they said it's shipping. December rolls around (the month I should get a shipping notification) and nothing. Each time though I was the one who had to reach out to inquire. I was then told that replacement would be another 3 months - again that's okay. I believe it took 2-3 weeks for it to be picked up and it's a beast to move.

The table had to be picked-up which I feel like if an item is damaged they should have a service for heavier items that they will remove it from your house. My issue is more the lack of approach thereafter and the things that they could have done to improve this situation. These things happen and that's again fine. It's a 160 lb dining room table that had dents, scratches and looked terrible. When it did arrive (I would imagine directly from the manufacturer) it was clearly returned previously. When I purchased the item it was suppose to ship within 3 months-that's fine. The item overall is amazing but it took 11 months to arrive. If the rest of the team is as well trained and thorough as Diana, you won’t regret it and will be in great hands. If I could give this company 5-stars I would but unfortunately it just wasn't the case. Thank you again, Diana! To any new customer apprehensive about the company and it’s return/damage policies….

My experience has been great and I truly do look forward to submitting my next order. The matter was handled from the very first email I submitted with pictures. Diana was happy to help, did not require me to jump through a lot of hoops and calls to submit and prove my issue.

What would have been a huge inconvenience for me as a customer in an age where true customer service is not as regarded, turned out to be a breeze and very pleasant interaction. She is a darn good representation of the company. It was truly refreshing to see the amount of professionalism, follow through, and all around great service that she provided. Big thank you to Diana, the Customer Care Manager who handled my order. Either way, I am beyond impressed with the customer care and how the company handled this matter. Once unpacked, one chair had a demarcation from a sticker, and the other showed a structural demarcation of the frame slightly protruding either from a manufacturer defect or delivery damage. However, when delivered, I noticed one of the boxes was damaged but did not see any noticeable damage to the chair at the time. My chairs were delivered fairly quickly with the exception of some delivery miscommunications from their outsourced team. I am very happy to say the company did not disappoint despite issues with damage during delivery. To say the least, I was very apprehensive about the no return policy, but I researched the credibility of the company along with views before I finally decided to make my purchase. I found your company when I set my eyes on a set of Bernhardt chairs I was shopping the best price and soonest availability for. I am a first time customer of Scout & Nimble.

Great first time experience and awesome company accountability!
